The Manley H-Beam is a Popular Choice of Connecting Rod with the 4.6/ 5.4 Modular Crowd. The became very well known when Ford used them in the 03-04 Cobra and then again in the Ford Gt Super car. These Rods are fully machined, heat treated, stress
relieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. These Rod come standard with 3/8" ARP 8740 Cap Screws and are available with the ARP 2000 Cap Screw for an even higher horsepower capability.
